Cranfield University was invited by the city of Kitakyushu to join the international collaborative environment of the Kitakyushu Science and Research Park(KSRP). As an enthusiastic exponent of collaboration and partnership with industry and with a long history of international cooperation in education and research, Cranfield University was pleased to accept this invitation.
Aim
The aim of Cranfield University at Kitakyushu is to develop close collaborative links with Japanese and East Asian industry, institutions, universities and enterprises.
Mission
Our mission is to develop university and industrial links to provide vital partnerships for the future development of new ideas and products.
It is our ambition to develop a range of expertise in collaboration with Japanese industrial and university partners. The current reseach and devlopment themes relate to projects and research strengths existing within Cranfield University in the UK and the particular skills of the collaborating researchers from the universities on KSRP campus.
