A key requirement of the aim and mission of Cranfield University at Kitakyushu is to ensure that collaboration and partnership develops with academic, industrial, and institutional partners on themes that are of practical use and that involve research that advances knowledge in the field of study.
Partnerships may take a variety of forms and include:
- strategic level development of technology programmes
- development of novel technologies
- consultancy and the solution of particular problems
It is our intention to act as a facilitator by endeavouring to develop unique relationships between university and industrial partners so as to promote innovative responses to the need for new products and services that function efficiently while minimising environmental impacts.
